As a companion piece to
, I decided to give Bolt and Cole, the lightning speedsters a well, speedster makeover! Bolt's costume is mostly just Kid Flash, and Cole's one of my own creation that's sort of a fusion of Jenny Quick and the Flash. Bolt's outfit is more Reverse-Flash/Professor Zoom, but I though the coloration would work better for him.
